About the studio

Built by Daniel Arroyo Marrero, one bathroom at a time.

Bath Solutions started in 2008 with a quiet conviction: most bathrooms are built to be replaced, not to be lived with. We work in the other direction, one carpenter, one room, at a time.

Our story

Seventeen years, one standard.

A small studio working a small number of bathrooms with the same three people, every time.

Bath Solutions was founded by Daniel Arroyo Marrero, a fourth-generation craftsman who grew tired of seeing well-meaning remodels come undone five winters later. He wanted to build bathrooms the way his grandfather built cabinetry: tight joints, dry rooms, fittings that last longer than the warranty.

We stayed small on purpose. A studio of eleven, working on no more than nine bathrooms in any given year. Every project gets a designer, a project manager, and a lead carpenter, the same three people, from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.

The work has stayed in greater Tampa Bay, mostly by word of mouth, occasionally by a homeowner who saw a friend's shower and stopped to look twice.

A luxury bathroom installation mid-progress, with Calacatta marble feature wall already in place, a craftsman setting a level, and a clean disciplined job site

Mid-build, 2025

A job site is the first room we design.

Drop cloths taped to baseboards. Dust extracted at the source. Tools laid out the way a chef sets up a station. The discipline shows up in the finished room.

Principles

Four things we will not compromise on.

  • I.

    Slow is faster.

A bathroom that is done well the first time is the bathroom you stop thinking about. Speed is the enemy of that.

  • II.

    Materials over finishes.

We specify by how the material ages, not how it photographs the day after installation. Stone over laminate. Solid over veneer. Always.

  • III.

    Quiet is luxury.

Drawers that close without a sound. Fans you cannot hear. Pipes that do not announce themselves at midnight.

  • IV.

    One number to call.

If anything ever drifts out of true, the same lead carpenter who built it comes back to fix it. For ten years. For free.

  • From the studio

What it actually looks like to build a bath.

A few moments from recent jobs. Less polished than the finished room, more honest about how it gets there.
